**Responsibilities**

**Website and Web Applications**
- Provide timely website and administration updates, including creating and uploading website content, publications and reports
- Co-ordinate the identification of key performance indicators to track the online impact of product marketing and promotional initiatives
- Maintain content author permissions; implement workflows based on client requirements
- Create and maintain support reference material, day-to-day tasks, project work and staff training documents

**Information Technology and Systems**
- Help with troubleshooting end-user workstations, servers and networks
- Assist with the maintenance of hardware and software inventory
- Administer and support various cloud-based technologies, including resetting passwords, providing changes in access, onboarding and troubleshooting
- Perform regular security audits on critical business systems to mitigate vulnerabilities
- Provide regular reports on system key metrics, usage, ticket creation and resolution
- Build and ship IT equipment for remote team members
- Work closely with business departments and IT Manager to gather requirements on new IT modernization initiatives, providing an exceptional user experience
- Support boardroom audiovisual technologies, workstation setup and key card access system
- Develop, document and introduce new IT and system procedures, processes, controls, configurations and user guides for staff

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor degree or diploma in computer science, web development, management information systems, information technology, engineering or related discipline
- Three to five years of experience in system administration, user support, networking, virtualization, storage, VPN and server technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write technical and nontechnical documentation, briefing notes and business cases
- Experience with web content management, Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, search, and retrieval systems, such as Drupal, WordPress and Siteimprove
- Knowledge of administering workflow management tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA, MS planner)
- Experience using and supporting Microsoft 365 platform, Azure, Windows O/S and server, SharePoint solutions and desktop products
- Experience in providing technical guidance to users with varying degrees of computer knowledge
- Strong analytical skills to analyze complex issues and create actionable plans
- Proven experience working independently and in a team environment with a high degree of initiative, attention to detail, responsibility and efficiency
- Proven ability to establish priorities and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment while exercising flexibility and sound judgement

**Assets**
- Knowledge of enterprise content management systems, such as M-files and SharePoint
- Knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems, such as Sage, Dynamic Business Central and GP
- Knowledge of data visualization tools, analytics and survey tools
- Bilingualism English and French
