**Required Skills & Competencies**:
- Minimum of 3 years post call experience in litigation
- Including examinations for discovery, mediation, arbitration, trial, appeal, and settlement processes
- Law degree from an accredited law school and a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid analytical, legal research and drafting skills with strong attention to detail
- Effective client and practice management skills are essential
- Sound legal ethics and professional conduct
- Commitment to upholding firm values, including exceptional client service, community engagement and the advancement of diversity and inclusion
