**Responsibilities**:
Title: Accounting clerk
Location: Remote (100%)
Schedule: Part-time work on yearly salary for 3 or 4 days a week (to be discussed)

The services we provide include our virtual and hybrid event platform and solutions, registration & housing services, exhibitor lead management, and session tracking & evaluation services, all ingredients in a fantastic event recipe.

Experience with:
- Project accounting
- General knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP
- Work in a remote environment
- French language
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Manage accounts payable including, receiving and coding invoices, obtaining approvals, entering invoices in the system and contacting suppliers to resolve any invoicing or payment issues
- Prepare accounts payable payments (mostly electronic)
- Prepare accounts receivables invoices based on project schedules and record payments
- Manage purchase orders including receiving requests from departments managers, issuing purchase orders and matching invoices to purchase orders
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports
- Month-end tasks including bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable reconciliations, general journal entries, GST/QST reports
- Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by Controller
