General Business Manager

Trading industrial products since 1999, CAC’s parent company founded CAC Naturals in 2015 to build an export business for Canada’s most prestigious health supplement brand, _Webber Naturals. _As their exclusive distributor and strategic partner in China, we manage sales through a broad array of online and offline channels, including cross-border e-commerce platforms, direct sales, and a growing network of “experiential stores”.
- **Position Grade**:O-P10+
- You will be responsible for the overall daily operations of our Vancouver headquarters, leading the sales, marketing, and brand promotion departments. Your main responsibilities will include formulating and executing business strategies, driving sales growth, enhancing brand awareness, and ensuring the efficient operation of each department.
- **Job Duties**
- Lead and manage the sales department, marketing department, and brand promotion department to ensure the efficient operation of each department.
- Develop and execute departmental strategies and plans to ensure departmental goals are aligned with the overall company strategy.
- Regularly report progress and performance to the senior management team, analyze business data, and provide feasible suggestions and solutions.
- Set sales targets, formulate, and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and develop improvement measures.
- Lead marketing activities to enhance the market visibility of the company's products.
- Supervise market research to understand market trends and competitive dynamics and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Responsible for company brand promotion to enhance brand image.
- Develop brand promotion plans, supervise implementation, and ensure the consistency and effectiveness of brand communication.
- Responsible for budgeting and financial management of business departments, ensuring operational within budget and achieving profitability goals.
- **Requirement and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
- At least 10 years or more of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- Experience in e-commerce platforms, international trade, health products, or FMCG industry is preferred.
- Familiar with international trade and export processes, understanding of the health product markets in North America and China.
- Deep understanding of the health product industry, familiar with relevant regulations and market dynamics.
- Experience in brand management and promotion, able to develop and execute brand promotion plans.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build good relationships with clients at different levels.
- Strong team collaboration spirit, able to coordinate work with internal teams to achieve common goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to adapt flexibly to complex situations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $100,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
