Nous sommes Habo, studio spécialisé dans la planification stratégique et l’intelligence de marché. Nous travaillons avec une grande variété de clients sur des mandats très diversifiés, tant au Canada, aux États-Unis qu’en Europe. Ces mandats vont du développement de plans stratégiques à l’optimisation de modèle d’affaires, en passant par les études de marché et la validation de nouveaux produits. Nous sommes spécialisés dans les industries créatives et du divertissement (expériences immersives, spectacles, jeux vidéo, VFX et animation, etc.).

**Afin d’accélérer notre croissance et de mieux soutenir nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d’un.e Analyste, Intelligence marketing. Partie intégrante de l’équipe et de la gestion des mandats, cette personne sera responsable de**:
― participer aux projets de recherche marketing quantitative pour les mandats du studio - élaborer les questionnaires, effectuer la programmation, gérer la collecte de données, analyser les résultats et assurer la gestion de projet;
― participer aux projets de recherche marketing qualitative (entrevues individuelles, groupes de discussion, ethnographie) - élaborer les guides de discussion et d’observation, prendre part aux entrevues et aux groupes de discussion, assurer la prise de notes et formaliser les apprentissages;
― jouer un rôle clé dans la rédaction et l’élaboration des documents clients;
― participer à la réflexion stratégique sur les mandats du studio en collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe impliqués au sein des projets.

― passionné.e des données, des chiffres et du comportement du consommateur, tant dans la recherche et l’analyse que pour l’élaboration des recommandations qui en découlent;
― rigoureux.euse, qui a un esprit analytique ainsi qu’un grand souci du détail;
― joueur.euse d’équipe et qui possède de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles;
― curieux.se de nature, polyvalent.e et agile, avec un grand sens de l’initiative et d’autonomie.

― détient une maîtrise en marketing ou tout domaine connexe;
― possède de l’expérience professionnelle en analyse marketing ou en recherche marketing;
― connaît bien SPSS (ou Q Research) et Qualtrics (ou une autre plateforme de sondage);
― connaît les outils et techniques d’analyse statistique et les techniques de recherche qualitative;
― maîtrise la suite O365, particulièrement PowerPoint et Excel;
― a une très bonne capacité de rédaction et de communication, tant en français qu’en anglais.
