Prairie Co-operative is hiring a Full-Time File Maintenance Clerk/Cashier at our Home Centre located in Cupar, Saskatchewan.

**What you’ll do**:

- Responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.- To provide information, assistance, and service to customers in a manner that will promote the sale of merchandise.
- To maintain the item, member, and vendor master files.
- To administer end-of-day, end-of-month, and end-of-year procedures.
- Prepare morning cash ups
- Responsible for pricing updates and distribution, entering sale flyers, creating sale signs, and creating labels
- Maintain in-store signage and shelf labels on all goods intended for sale to meet established standards.
- Responsible for weekly stock orders and receiving as well as ordering supplies.
- Co-ordinate the maintenance of hardware equipment and software equipment.
- To maintain a constant alert against the removal of merchandise.
- To perform all other TRC file maintenance functions.
- To operate the POS system.
- To be familiar with and adhere to Prairie Co-op policies and procedures.
- Any other duties as assigned
