Job Title: Warehouse Assistant Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate work
- Coordinate and monitor inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
- Implement and improve warehouse processes to optimize productivity and minimize errors
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of operations
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise in the warehouse
- Prepare reports on warehouse activities, such as inventory levels, productivity, and performance

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a warehouse setting
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management and shipping/receiving processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments

Pay: $17.50-$19.39 per hour
