As the CSR (Customer Service Representative), your primary responsibility will be to provide professional, quality customer service. You will manage all customer needs and ensure they are dealt with in an accurate and timely manner and achieve customer satisfaction. You will establish and enhance a highly successful and efficient sales, logistics and service environment and work seamlessly with other departments. Some of your specific duties are listed below:
**JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Receive, process, and confirm all customer orders daily in a timely and accurate manner.
- Weekly review of outstanding customer orders to ensure nothing ages for more than one week.

Post into Modular and ARIBA (if required) and ensure customer PO’s are validated.
- Ensure customer orders reflect correct pricing and work with purchasing regarding any supply issues.
- Assist warehouse and shipping to co-ordinate and secure all customer deliveries.
- Work with purchasing to ensure adequate supply of inventory and parts.
- Respond to and address any customer complaints/requirements within 24 hours.
- Retrieve and validate any customer returns, exchanges, credits that need to be issued.
- Manage incoming calls and always maintain a professional manner when dealing with clients.
- Data input of new customer sell prices into system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with collections.
- Provide letters of guarantee and CFIA and other quality/technical information and documents to customers as requested within 24 hours.
- Receive goods in system and reconcile BOL to vendor invoices. Assist with any vendor invoice discrepancies.
- Print off vendor invoices that are received and process into Modular within 24 hours of receipt.
- Assist with vendor issues.
- Post daily cash receipts and process deposits.
- Ensure office supplies are maintained and place orders to replenish as required.
- Other duties may be assigned based at times if required.

**Salary**: $15.50-$25.06 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSR: 3 years (preferred)
- Office: 3 years (preferred)
