Personal Support Workers - In-Home Community Care

**Position**: Full Time and Part Time (Guaranteed paid 20 hours per week)

**Location**: Carleton Place

Team Choice is looking for reliable, dedicated and compassionate compassionate caregivers to join our team.

We are currently seeking PSW's to provide exceptional in home care for our clients using their acquired skills. Become an active member in planning for your client's care with the assistance of the nurse manager. Team Choice is seeking individuals who want to bring joy to clients, offering the best quality of life. If that is important to you then Team Choice wants you to join our family

**Duties and Responsibilities**: Include, but are not limited to, assisting with daily activities, personal care, assisting with mobility, light housekeeping, effective reporting and creating activity plans.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Certificate from an accredited program or equivalent experience - Required
- Valid police vulnerable sectors check (completed within the past 12 months) - Required
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (completed within the past 12 months) - Required
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccinations
- Must have high energy and excellent communication skills
- Own transportation is an asset
- Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
