Youth Worker

Overview:
We are seeking male programming coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing male youth specific programming and some general youth programming. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Duties**:

- Provide strategic direction and mission to your programs
- Lead and manage a team of volunteers, providing mentorship and guidance
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure alignment and integration of goals and objectives
- Mentor at risk and vulnerable youth
- Evangelize and disciple interested youth
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for programs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Pay: $38,252.04-$55,041.37 per year
