The Planner & Report Clerk is responsible for scheduling planned production priorities, populating, and running reports related to Operations & Production data, analyzing reports for variance issues and organizing reports that are regularly distributed to all stakeholders.

**Reponsibilities**:
Production Planning & Analysis
- Review direct material inventory and requirements through usage reports;
- Optimize finished goods stock coverage between sites in collaboration with the Procurement department;
- Co-ordinate priorities with all treating plants;
- Update machine and labour capacities;
- Communicate production priority schedule on a weekly basis;
- Schedule daily/weekly production meetings with all plants in coordination with IBP & S&OP Team Members;
- Other duties as assigned.

Wave Co-Ordination/Enhancements/Automations
- Co-ordinate Master Data changes and updates with IBP & S&OP Team Members.

Power BI Reporting Co-Ordination & Analysis
- Work with the PowerBI Team on generating, validating, and proofing Operations reports;
- Analyze Power BI reports and work with Operations to examine trends and root cause analysis of outlying data points;
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and presentations;
- Prepare sales trend reports and work with stakeholders on inventory SKU prioritization, yard spacing and DC racking layouts.

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 completed
- Equivalent experience preferred
- Business Administration Degree or Supply Chain Management Degree an asset
- Proficiency in English & French, spoken and written
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and the ability to anticipate stakeholder needs
- Advanced Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel), knowledge in SAP (IBP system is an asset)
- Extensive product knowledge in outdoor building materials industry is an asset
