Night Houseperson

**Responsibilities**:
Ø Promote a positive image of the property to guests and be friendly and courteous at all times when interacting with guests and employees.

Ø Responsible for the overall monitoring of the Oakwood Resort property including patrolling the buildings regularly and observing guests on property

Ø Assisting the on duty night auditor with any guest needs required.

Ø Maintain the pool, sauna & hot tub including adjusting chemical levels, cleaning and monitoring activity

Ø Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

Ø Clean and maintain commons areas, guest rooms and resort property including replenishing housekeeping supply closets and linen rooms, emptying trash, and assisting in housekeeping duties.

Ø Respond promptly and efficiently to any incidents or injuries on property by maintain knowledge of first aid, safety and evacuation procedures.

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour
