**Job Summary**
In this role, you will manage prepress production, digital printing operations, assist with design work, and handle some bindery tasks. You will also liaise with customers regarding proofs to ensure their needs are met.

Prepress Production & Digital Printing (65%): Prepare and troubleshoot files for print, manage color accuracy, operate digital printers, and oversee production processes.

Graphic Design (25%): Assist in creating and modifying print designs using Adobe Creative Suite.
Bindery Work (10%): Perform finishing tasks such as trimming and folding to complete print proofs.

Customer Communication: Some liaising with clients to discuss proof requirements, provide proofs for review, and incorporate feedback.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare files using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office, ensuring they are print-ready.
- Operate digital print equipment (e.g., Canon, Xerox, Konica Minolta) and oversee print production.
- Assist customers by preparing proofs, making necessary adjustments based on feedback.
- Perform bindery work including cutting and folding to prepare proofs for review.
- Load and manage paper supplies for printing and bindery equipment.

**Skills**
- Experience in prepress production, digital printing, and graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with bindery processes and equipment.
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and ability to work under deadlines.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
