As a Premium Server in our new Stella Terrace, you will act as an ambassador for the launch of our new and exciting patio and be a conduit for our guest's appetite, connecting their taste buds with our premium beverage & food offerings while creating an exceptional live event experience. You will create immediate and emotional connections with our guests that contribute to an incredible Live Racing and Hospitality experience. You have a passion for hospitality and are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You lead each conversation confidently, and with high energy, capturing your audience with your electric persona and charisma. Under pressure, you keep calm, attending to each guest's needs without compromising your attention to detail. As a result, they keep coming back for more

**We are seeking talented individuals with**:

- 2-5 years of service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume Casual / Fine Dining Restaurant environment
- A passion and high energy for hospitality and a commitment to our brand promise of “We Create Winning Experiences”
- Ability to ensure all food and beverage orders are taken promptly and attend to guests' needs throughout the meal
- In-depth understanding of wine varietals and regions and the ability to suggest different pairings of wine to food
- Experience with table-side wine presentation and service
- Knowledge of spirits and beverage cocktails
- Ability to execute table-side food preparation/garnishing/service
- Deliver, maintain, and exceed an elevated level of guest service quality standards as established by Woodbine's Food & Beverage Department

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Previous experience using a POS system, cash handling, debit/credit card processing terminals
- Smart Serve & AGCO Certificate / License
- Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to achieve a score of no less than 90% in established service qualification programs
