**Company Description**

MakeItMetal is liquid metal coatings company that services the architectural design market.

The job is similar to working in an autobody or paint shop. You will be sanding, spraying, and finishing metal to create unique architectural finishes. The position is best suited for someone who loves to learn. We are willing to train the right person. You must possess a strong work ethic, have a positive attitude, possess good manual dexterity, pay attention to detail, and have the ability to follow specific steps and instructions(SOP’s).

**Job Duties**

*Prepare parts; filling, sanding, spraying primer, sand primer

*Spray polyester primer and metal powder mixed with resin

*Follow supplied S.O.P’s

*Work closely as a team with good communication

*Conduct quality control inspections as part of your work

*Sign traveler record after completing your work

*Using a variety of equipment; sanders, spray equipment, buffers

*Log your time spent working on each job

*Follow health and safety policy and procedures

*Understand Whimis to protect yourself and your co-workers

*Help improve our manufacturing process and procedures

**Required Qualifications**

*Good communication skills

*Previous spray experience

*Adapt at using a variety of tools and equipment

*Detail-oriented

*Quick learner

*Read and write English

*Perform basic math

*Self-motivated

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
