**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain client relationships by providing personalized insurance advice and solutions
- Conduct needs assessments to identify client insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Collaborate with our team of Insurance Advisors to learn about our products and services, as well as develop your skills and expertise in the insurance industry
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction at all times
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure their insurance needs are being met and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most relevant and valuable insurance advice and solutions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year in the insurance industry (preferred) or 2 years of working experience in customer service.
- General Insurance License or willing to take our on-the-job training courses within two months.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

**Salary**: $22.70-$45.57 per hour
