Truss Assembler

As a Truss Assembler/Builder, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and constructing various structures and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using power tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Truss Assembly and Construction**:Accurately assemble trusses as per specifications and blueprints.
- **Quality Assurance**:Ensure all trusses meet quality standards and are constructed according to safety regulations.
- **Equipment Operation**:Safely operate machinery and tools necessary for truss building, including saws, presses, and other equipment.
- **Material Handling**:Load and unload materials, and organize them for efficient assembly.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work closely with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- **Maintenance**:Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work area.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and help to resolve issues with truss assembly or machinery.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in truss building or a related field considered a plus.
- Knowledge of carpentry, construction, or woodworking.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for prolonged periods.

**Skills**:

- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues during the building process.
- Awareness and adherence to safety protocols.

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
