Cidery Manager

KW Craft Cider makes an award-winning dry cider using Champagne yeast. We are raising the standard for ciders in Canada. Ours is one of the leading craft ciders available across Ontario in LCBO, all major grocers, and many bars and restaurants.

We are looking for a Cidery Manager to manage all business activities and participate in all aspects of a successful and growing small business.

Responsibilities include:
**Business management**
- Participate in hiring new people
- Train, coach, and guide co-op Sales Representatives
- Forecast sales and ensure that production schedule is aligned with forecast
- Plan logistics for packaging runs and deliveries
- Liaise with suppliers and customers
- Support other business activities, such as insurance renewals, alcohol license renewals, etc.

**Sales**
- Ensure that customers are receiving excellent service
- Support promotional events
- Prepare new cider listing proposals for LCBO and grocery

**Operations**
- Arrange lab testing
- Track and manage inventory
- Research new cider flavours and develop new recipes
- Prepare special cider offerings in kegs and cans
- Operate a forklift
- Drive a cargo van

**Requirements**:

- Professional
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Ontario driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to lift a 30L keg
- Prior experience in this field is not required

**Salary**: $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
