Asistant Manager

Responsibilities:

- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Train and supervise team members to ensure they meet performance goals
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Assist with scheduling and managing employee shifts
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement sales strategies

- Strong team management skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and calls
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to adapt to changing customer needs
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and report generation
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Sales management experience to coach and develop sales associates
- Retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry or setting
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts or change
