Full Time Caregiver

_**RAPS is Seeking a caregiver to assist a paraplegic individual with diabetes (E30)**_
- **Location**_: a farm Near Kinuso (40 km West of Slave Lake)_
- **Days: Monday to Friday **Additional hours may be available**_
- **Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm**_
- **Job Description**_: Duties include but are not limited to, the following: _mechanical transfers, personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, catheter care, suppositories), light meal prep, blood glucose monitoring, insulin injections, medication administration, range of motion exercises, light pet care, support on outings, participation in activities (gardening, baking, games), light housekeeping, laundry, and Companionship.
- **Qualifications and Other Requirements**_: must have a recent criminal record check (including a vulnerable sector check), _driver’s license, and vehicle. Health Care aide certificate and CPR/ First Aid Certificates considered assets, Experience in similar role and experience with blood glucose monitoring and insulin injections preferred.
