**Accounting/General Office Duties Position**
**Overview**:
Create all day-to-day financial and clerical operations for the organization including, but not limited to, accounting tasks, HR tasks and office duties.
We are looking for someone who loves a challenge in reorganizing accounting systems.
**Key responsibilities (including but not limited to)**:
- Daily posting of all accounting transactions
- Invoicing
- Collections
- Accounts Payable invoice posting
- Preparing cheques and/or EFT payments
- Cash Flow
- GST/QST/HST reporting
- General bookkeeping
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Analyze GL
- Monthly journal entries
- Weekly payroll and HR functions
- Prepare salesmen’s commissions
- Provide accounting information to accounting firm
- All other duties related to office and bookkeeping
**Qualifications**:
- Must have strong Excel experience
- Good Knowledge of Acomba and Avantage is required

- Collections
- Saisir les factures fournisseurs
- Préparation des chèques et / ou des paiements par TEF
- Cash-Flow
- Déclaration de TPS / TVQ / TVH
- Comptabilité générale
- Conciliation bancaire mensuel
- Analyser GL
- Écritures régularisations mensuelles
- Paie hebdomadaire et fonctions RH
- Préparer les commissions des vendeurs
- Fournir des informations comptables au cabinet comptable
- Toutes les autres tâches liées au bureau et à la comptabilité
**Qualifications**:
- Doit avoir une solide expérience d'Excel
- Une bonne connaissance d'Acomba et Avantage est requise
- Anglais et Français écrit et parler est requis
**Salary**: $45,964.00-$48,492.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sage: 3 years (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 5 years (preferred)
