Key Responsibilities:

- Sales: Engage with customers to understand their needs and assist them in selecting the right RV. Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.
- Customer Follow-Up: Utilize digital platforms for customer follow-ups, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-up appointments to maintain customer engagement and drive sales closure.
- Training: Complete monthly online product and sales training to stay updated on industry trends and products. Participate in daily on-site training and role-playing sessions to enhance sales techniques.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in RV sales or a similar automotive sales role.
- Strong digital marketing skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to customer service and follow-up.

Compensation:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
