Job Overview:
Join our team as a Host/Host and play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
- Seat guests efficiently while considering server workloads and table rotations
- Manage reservations and waiting lists to optimize seating capacity
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Familiarity with POS systems for seating assignments and reservations
- Strong phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries professionally
- Passion for providing excellent guest services in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 44 per week
