**Overview**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and equipment start-ups on sanitary and storm pump stations at residential, commercial, and municipal sites
- Demonstrate an understanding of technical equipment such as pumps, controls, and valves
- Prepare accurate quotes/orders and detailed reports for customers
- Adhere to safety standards, regulations, and local codes
- Communicate effectively with customers and ensuring their satisfaction
- Schedule and coordinate site visits
- Support the production and shipping team when required
- Handle basic office administration tasks
- Assist accounting with collecting on overdue service accounts when required

**What you must have**:

- Team-focused, positive and motivated attitude
- Red Seal ticketed plumber with submersible pump and controls experience
- Familiar with worksite safety procedures and confined space requirements
- Natural leader and self-starter
- Basic computer skills
- Function effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment with a high attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Safety and customer service mindset
- Excellent attendance record
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working with wastewater and confined spaces
- Ability and comfortable to lift up to 50lbs

**Hourly Rate Range**: $45 - $50/hour

This position pays a competitive wage depending on skills and experience. The company also offers a comprehensive employee benefits package and annual bonuses.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
