Horticulture Technician

Taylored Gardening Inc is a small landscaping business in Orillia, ON. Our goal is to Hire motivated individuals that enjoy the challenges of working in the outside elements maintaining residential and commercial landscapes.

Our work environment includes:

- Safe work environment; on the job training
- forty five
- fifty hour work weeks from April till November
- company vehicles supplied

Hiring for gardening and property care technician.
- $18-$20 to start. Wages based on experience in the horticulture field.

45 hr week Monday to Friday. 7:45 to 5:00. If a rain day, time is made up on Saturdays
- Individual must be responsible, reliable, self directed and able to follow instructions
- Gardening is a physically demanding job. All tasks are completed manually. Physically fit is an asset
- Work in all weather. Starting in April till November. Tolerance to temperature change is an asset
- Regular Weeding, pruning, fertilizing, mulching and watering of ornamental gardens
- Knowledge with soft scape landscaping. Example: planting annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees is a asset.
- Experience with gas power tools, back pack blowers, root tillers, trimmer is an asset
- drivers license class G is a asset. Will be expected to meet at shop daily. Company vehicles supplied.

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
