We are on the lookout for a **Produce Associate** to enhance our team and help us deliver outstanding service to our customers. In this position, you will be responsible for the organization and presentation of our fresh produce, ensuring that our offerings are fresh and high-quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Stock, arrange, and display fresh produce items in accordance with company standards to ensure visual appeal and product freshness.
- Provide superior customer service by greeting and assisting customers, responding to inquiries, and managing special requests.
- Receive and check product deliveries for accuracy, ensuring that all items meet our quality standards.
- Maintain attractive and accurate signage and merchandising displays in the produce section.
- Rotate products according to FIFO (First In, First Out) to maintain optimal freshness and minimize waste.
- Organize and manage back stock and storage areas efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate any produce-related needs or issues to Produce Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a produce or retail setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Basic math skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Must be **legally eligible to work in Canada** and either reside in the local area or be willing to commute.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50-$21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
