**Job Description**:
We are looking for a **Manager, Data and Analytics. **This Manager will be a key member of the Global Technology Strategy Team, specifically focused on data analytics, data automation, data reporting, data modelling and data management. This role has broad scope and will have the opportunity to work horizontally with leads from all lines of business across the Lifeco group of operating companies.

**What you will do**

You will be building Global technology’s data and analytics capability by collecting, aggregating, analyzing the data and displaying it through reports and self serve dashboards.
- Managing and designing the Global Technology data and reporting environment while identifying new opportunities to collect and automate the data
- Manage the development and production environments and perform user experience testing where applicable. This role will not only build but also maintain the solutions it will build
- Work horizontally with the Business Segments and focus on deliverables and business priorities. Manage expectations of deliverables and scope. Understand the operating segment's specific needs and the best way forward to introduce new concepts and developments with them
- Identify opportunities and then turn them into programs. This role will not only take on the current initiatives in place but also will be source of ideas for new opportunities and focus areas
- Create business value through robust and optimized Global technology reporting and availability of data in real-time
- Managing existing SharePoints, BI dashboards and Power flows.
- Operate as a powerhouse of reports and dashboards and be considered as an expert for all reporting within the Global Technology Strategy team
- Ensure alignment with the stakeholders by communicating and managing change. Provide advice and guidance to the business segments during development
- Produce documentation for all processes and tooling that is involved in day-to-day delivery of this role

**What you will bring**
- 5+ years of hands on experience in Power BI, Tableau and other reporting and data displaying tools. Previous on hands experience with MS Power suit of tools is a must.
- Technical acumen along with understanding of how technology operates at a Global level working with different countries and segments is an asset
- University Degree in Computer Science, Business or Finance & related designation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Proficient in PowerPoint
- Data analytics, reporting, coding certifications or diplomas are considered strong assets
- Understanding of different tooling and data methodologies and ecosystem
- Creative and strategic thinking with proven analytical and problem-solving skills to identify meaningful solutions
- Strong business acumen and experience in finance or expense management and planning
- Problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Effective communication and strong relationship building skills.
- Well-developed organizational and time management skills
