**Job Summary**
The Building Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the facility. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in building systems, including electrical, HVAC, and mechanical knowledge. The Building Manager will ensure that the facility is safe, efficient, and well-maintained while supervising a team of maintenance staff and coordinating with external contractors as needed.

**Duties**
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Oversee HVAC systems, electrical systems, and other mechanical equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to assist in troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or services as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Provide leadership and training to staff to promote professional development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in building management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC systems, industrial maintenance, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise a diverse team effectively.
- Proficient in reading schematics and working with logic controllers.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with CMMS software is a plus.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring high standards of facility management.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
