**Salon Coordinator**

Are you a talented and motivated individual with a passion for the beauty industry? Are you experienced in salon management and have a strong understanding of social media marketing? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Salon Coordinator.

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

Manage a team of stylists and support staff, providing leadership, training, and guidance to ensure exceptional customer service.

Develop and implement business strategies to grow the salon's client base and revenue.

Create and execute marketing plans with a strong focus on social media platforms to attract new clients and engage existing ones.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition, making recommendations to improve salon services and offerings.

Ensure the salon maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.

Handle customer inquiries, and complaints, and resolve any issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper equipment maintenance.

Monitor salon financials, including budgeting, sales reporting, and expense control.

Recruit, train, and evaluate salon staff, fostering a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Salon Manager/Coordinator, preferably in a busy and fast-paced salon environment.

Strong knowledge of salon operations, including scheduling, staff management, inventory control, and financial management.

Demonstrated experience in growing business and increasing revenue.

Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Creativity and a keen eye for the latest beauty trends.

Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Shift:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- management: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
