Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to concrete installation and finishing. This is a hands-on position that requires expertise in masonry, mechanical knowledge, blueprint reading, and the use of power tools.

**Duties**:

- Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing them
- Set up concrete forms according to blueprints and specifications
- Pour and spread concrete using appropriate tools and techniques
- Use power tools such as saws, drills, and grinders to cut and shape concrete
- Repair damaged or uneven surfaces by patching or resurfacing
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
- Mechanical knowledge for operating power tools and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction plans
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as trowels, floats, and brushes
- Welding skills for reinforcing concrete structures is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes

**Requirements**:

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights if required
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
