**Workday **HRIS Analyst**

**Responsibilities**
- Work with HR and business stakeholders to gather, build, and test requirements for enhancements and improvements in multiple Workday modules (HCM, Absence/Time Off, Benefits, and Compensation)
- Provide support and troubleshooting for various modules via ServiceNow
- Participate in various HR projects to provide technical HR system support
- Support the Workday release process, including identifying enhancements for testing before implementation
- Ensure data accuracy through routine data audits and validation
- Support wage progressions, merit increases, and annual STIP process
- Updates information in Workday as necessary due to legislative or collective agreement updates
- Develop and distribute applicable user documentation and job aids to support the HRIS processes and procedures and provide training to the new users
- Ensure systems accurately reflect entitlements based on requirements of the collective agreements and terms and conditions of employment
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve requests on a daily basis, supporting user needs, responding to inquiries, addressing issues experienced by users and as well as system issues
- Proactively identifies and responds to customer needs, ensuring speedy resolution of issues, and providing continuous service improvement
- Investigate and resolve HRIS-related problems in collaboration with the appropriate parties
- Provide individual and group training on HR-related systems and processes

**Requirements**:

- Strong Workday foundational knowledge, including business processes and EIB loads
- Experience with determining and communicating best practices in data maintenance
- Advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution with both business and IT stakeholders
- Minimum of 2 years of practical administration and configuration experience with Workday HCM, Benefits, Absence/Time Off or Compensation modules
- High comfort with Excel functionality, including pivot tables
- Strong analytical skills, statistical acumen, and experience implementing process improvements
- Hybrid: 3 days per week in office
