Reporting to the Construction Department Manager, the HVAC Project Manager oversees retrofit projects to confirm proper design, product and installations are recommended, quoted and delivered. Managing large construction projects.

**Job Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Coordinating large mechanical installations on existing buildings
- Working in High-rise residential and commercial buildings
- Working in and with multiple disciplines, ex. pipe fitting, sheet metal, building automation, electrical, rigging, etc.
- Working with mechanical drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and specs
- Working in OCSA
- Working with Contact Resource Management (CRM) software
- Working with Procore (Project Management software)
- Working with Microsoft Project, and proficient in Gantt Charts and MS Excel
- Identifies labour, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
- Computes costs by analyzing labour, materials, and time requirements
- Finishes jobs on time and on budget
- Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data on CRM
- Create and manage close-out documents
- Plans and attends crane lifts (will require some weekend work)
- Attends site meetings
- Acts as Project Coordinator on ongoing projects
