Glenholme Ready Mix, a division of OSCO Construction Group, is currently seeking a qualified individual for its Ready-Mix operations in Glenholme, Nova Scotia. Salary for this position is $22.50/hour.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment
- Machine maintenance such as: greasing, fueling, cleaning, washing
- Loading trucks with aggregate
- Feeding the wash plant and stockpiling material
- Maintaining smooth and level roadways and working areas
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience operating a front-end loader
- Must be familiar with and adhere to service requirements, equipment and operator limitations and safe operating procedures
