JOB OVERVIEW

This position is inclusive of kitchen duties including prep, cleaning and organizing. This role includes mentorship for an aspiring chef if desired and maintaining an organized and sanitary kitchen while observing waste. Proper training, support and mentorship will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Food Safety
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly Organization and Cleaning Duties as necessary
- Reporting Stock Concerns to Executive Chef
- Allergy Prevention / Cross Contamination
- Minimizing Food Waste
- Professional Conduct and Positive Team Work
- Rotation of Perishable Products (FIFO)
- Kitchen Sanitation Compliance Enforcement
- Other Duties as Required by Management

Qualifications:

- Food safe certificate.
- Valid drivers license with a clean abstract (preferred)
- High standard of grooming.
- Ability to work alone or in a team atmosphere.
- Able to follow standard recipes as well as adapt to the clients needs when required.
- An eye for food quality and detail.
- Great communication skills both verbal and written.

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
