Position Summary:

- This position of warehouse administrator will be responsible for all administration duties to support both our shipping and receiving process. This will include but not limited to: closing routes, printing invoices, managing selection labels, closing purchase orders, checking out 3rd party drivers, and managing customer audits.
- One position available: Tuesday to Friday 11AM - 7PM, Saturday 7AM - 3PM
- Shifts may vary depending on business needs._
- Essential Functions:
- Greeting Drivers, Direction drivers to correct dock doors-
- Printing and closing off PO’s in a timely fashion-
- Invoice and printing responsibilities-
- Receipt claims and scanning-
- Managing selection labels and audits-
- Office admin duties as necessary- Minimum Requirements:

- Education:_- High School Diploma or GED equivalent- Experience:_- Minimum 3 years data entry-
- Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external customers-
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high performance results- Competencies:_- Must have good verbal and written communication skills-
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimum supervision-
- Exceptional time management and organization skills-
- Demonstrated ability to model GFS values-
