Vaughan, Canada Bridge to Better Learning Full time

Bridge to Better Learning is looking to hire individuals with a positive and upbeat personality who will be willing to motivate children that have learning disabilities. Patience and passion about education are essential qualities for applicants that are interested in joining our team.

All tutoring sessions are held after school hours and/or weekends

All tutoring is one-on-one and instructors will work with the same students on a weekly basis

Instructors must have excellent communication skills, organization and multitasking abilities

Tutors will need to track student progress during every session and be open to frequent communication with parents

*This is a part time position with long term opportunities available*

**Requirements**:

- Must be fluent in Math and English (Grade 1-8 minimum)
- We prefer to hire applicants who are fluent from Grade 9-12 Math including the following courses: Advanced Calculus, Data Management, Advanced Functions but this is not a requirement
- We prefer to hire applicants who are currently in university or have completed their B.A (Preferably in the field of education or psychology but this is not a requirement)
- Applicants must be able to commit to 2 weekdays (3pm-9pm) and 1 weekend (Saturday or Sunday 9-3pm)
- 1 year teaching/tutoring experience (preferred)

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.55-$30.00 per hour
