**Position Overview**

This is a remote, work from home position.As a key member of the Corporate Travel Division, the Fulfillment/Backup Corporate Travel Counselor will support our Cleveland Ohio office with accounts in multiple time zones. This position is a hybrid role encompassing both Fulfillment and Corporate Travel Advisor.This role will work closely with all members of our Corporate Department and report to the Cleveland Operations Manager.**Responsibilities**
- Fast paced call center supporting a multitude of clients.
- Completes domestic and international travel arrangements for clients which may include air, hotel, ground transportation, and rail
- Process client reservations for fulfillment via a queue made with online booking tools
- Troubleshoots and documents technical errors that occur with the online booking tool
- Interacts with traveler or travel arranger and provides 1st level of contact for customer service and technical issues, including online booking tools, Concur and Deem.
- Strong working knowledge and understanding of international pricing rules and procedures
- Supports any documentation of international travel documents, Visa, passport. Advises clients of international travel requirements such as visas, passports, immunizations, etc.
- Uses available sources such as State Department websites, news agencies to stay informed of current international events
- Ensures compliance of a client’s travel policy while utilizing DT preferred vendors to maximize profit
- Follows company standards regarding procedures, utilization of tools, productivity, accuracy of work, and attendance
- Attends staff and training meetings via webinar for ongoing travel industry and office procedures.
- Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative working environment

**Basic Qualifications**
- 7 years Corporate domestic and international experience
- Must demonstrate industry knowledge
- Ability to meet and exceed required performance standards
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Knowledge of Outlook skills and basic Microsoft platforms
- Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of airline ticketing rules and regulations
- High proficiency using Airline GDS, Apollo/Smartpoint preferred
- Proficient in producing lowest logical airfare within client’s policy
- Strong international airfares and international ticketing, ticket exchange, proficiency and experience
- Proficient in Internet searches and online booking processes
- Ability to create domestic and international multi-segment, multi-destination itineraries
- Thorough working knowledge of Exchanging, reissue of tickets.
- Must be able to work flexible hours between 8am-6pm Eastern Time.
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Works well independently as well within a group

**Preferred Qualifications**Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
