**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

We are looking for a curious and insightful Production Line Inspector to inspect and examine the materials and components before sending them for Production.

This role will be based out of our **Eastside Manufacturing Facility in Etobicoke**.

**WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE**
- Ensures all packaging lines are cleared for safety prior to start up
- Responsible for following DECIEM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Responsible for following DECIEM Standard Work Instructions (WI)
- Verify primary and secondary packaging components prior to filling/unit boxing
- Counting and completing starting production order LP confirmation list
- Counting and completing component tracker
- Collect, inspect, and document components to be used on packaging side
- Performs regular inspections on the packaged product for correct lot code
- Lead 6S and housekeeping protocols on the line
- Leading a team of 10-12 associates to adhere to quality procedures, achieving production targets
- Training of new associates on the line to understand the production procedures
- Responsible for ensuring there are no quality issues on the production lines.
- Performs in-process checks as per approved DECIEM SOPs
- Continuously assesses results of inspection findings and react in a timely manner to communicate potential issues to Production Lead QA and Management
- Document all packaging activities in MBPR in a timely and accurate manner according to quality standards

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE**
- 1 year of experience in cGMP regulated industry, quality control or similar role is an asset.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Motivation and ability to solve problems.
- Ability to lead a team of 10-12 associates.
