Overview:
Join our team as a skilled Barber at our modern and vibrant salon. We are seeking a talented individual with a passion for hair cutting and excellent customer service skills.

**Duties**:

- Provide high-quality haircuts, trims, and styling services to clients of all ages and hair types
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
- Sanitize tools, workstations, and equipment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Perform retail sales of hair care products and recommend suitable products for at-home hair care routines
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, handling payments, and greeting clients

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Barber with expertise in various cutting techniques and styles
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to upsell products and services to enhance the client experience
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Proficiency in sanitizing tools and work areas to maintain cleanliness standards
- Experience in retail sales of hair care products is a plus

Pay: $16.75-$30.84 per hour
