We are seeking data analyst and consultant to aid in the delivery of marketing optimization programs to Tier 1 advertisers.

**The Role**

The role of Marketing Insights Analyst involves analyzing and interpreting data to inform marketing strategy and advertising media effectiveness. Leveraging multiple data sources, you will be responsible for deriving reporting and insights as it relates to Marketing initiatives.

The Marketing Insights analyst will collaborate with client service, media planning and the analytics department in the design of campaign testing and post-campaign analysis as well as the implementation of automated reporting and dashboards. to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, assess their impact on commercial activity, and evaluate the efficiency of marketing spend throughout the customer journey.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in the following areas**:

- Marketing Analytics:

- Marketing A/B test creation, impact sizing, and measurement to establish and monitor return of Adspend (ROAS) of various media types
- Recommend campaign optimizations and new tactics to improve marketing efficiency
- Data blending:

- Collect and compile data from multiple sources and synthesize into cohesive results
- Data Analysis:

- Utilize statistical methods to execute quantitative analysis and insights
- Media Performance Evaluation:

- Measure and report on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement
- Report Generation and Communication:

- Create/develop clear and concise reports and slide decks
- Utilize data visualization tools to communicate insights
- Aid in communicating key findings to marketing teams and other stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Post Secondary education
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst or Insights role.
- Proficiency in Excel and Access
- Professional experience in SQL or equivalent (Python, R, etc)
- Familiar with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, AlterYX)
- Digital analytics (Google Analytics, GA4)
- Experience in providing recommendations for A/B Testing for campaign measurement
- Understanding of marketing campaign processes, performance analytics, and best practices.
- Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with previous experience in customer segmentation, data storytelling, and forecasting.
