The **Warehouse Operator** is responsible for all incoming and outgoing shipments from the Parallel 49 Brewing Company’s warehouse. They are responsible to safely operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts and maintain a clean, lean and organized warehouse.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the products received- Loading and unloading trucks as required, including returning stock, pallets, etc. to inventory-
- Prepare orders for delivery and shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness-
- Maintain clean and organized work environment and adhere to all safety protocols-
- Responsible for maintaining efficient product storage and movement-
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular inventory audits-
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks-
- Maintain a safe working environment and follow all health and safety guidelines- Perform other duties as required or assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred- Counterbalance Forklift and Narrow Aisle Forklift Experience (certification is preferred)-
- Experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred-
- Experience with inventory management software is an asset-
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail-
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team-
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends-
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks-
- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred

**Education Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent

**Working Conditions**
- Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions- Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds-
- Must be able to stand, bend and stoop for extended periods of time- This position requires work in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, loud noises, and potential hazards
