Description

New Roots Herbal is a leading national manufacturer and distributor of high-quality natural health products based near Montreal (Vaudreuil-Dorion). New Roots Herbal is booming which is why we are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our manufacturing team.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Prepare, adjust and operate manufacturing equipment:

- Inspect capsules:

- Assemble and disassemble certain parts of the machinery in order to follow cleaning procedures:

- Read and fill out various documents:

- Follow quality procedures and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Train new employees, clean parts and equipment, and any other tasks related to manufacturing or production.

Skills & Competencies
- Be meticulous and attentive to details:

- Be a good team player:

- Knowledge of machinery or mechanics (an asset):

- Capable of lifting and moving loads between 20 to 25 pounds.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma:

- We offer on-the-job training.

Work Schedule
- Daytime - Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm

or
- Evening - Monday to Friday from 2:45pm to 10:45pm **Daytime training: 7:00am to 3:00pm
- 40 hours / week
- Full time permanent position
