**Owner-Operator Job Description**

An owner-operator is a business owner responsible for managing the operations of their own franchise, small business, or independent enterprise. This role combines entrepreneurial leadership with hands-on management, requiring a balance of strategic decision-making and daily operational tasks. We can assist with obtaining Permanent Residency in Canada through various investment pathways. We are also open to exploring business partnership opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Management**:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure the business runs smoothly.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet financial and operational goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales, expenses, and profitability reports.
- **Staff Management**:

- Hire, train, and supervise employees to maintain high performance and morale.
- Create schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure exceptional customer experiences to build brand loyalty and satisfaction.
- Address customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
- **Financial Oversight**:

- Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Handle tax reporting and compliance with local regulations.
- **Marketing and Sales**:

- Develop and execute local marketing strategies to drive customer traffic.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust business plans.
- Represent the brand positively in the community and foster partnerships.
- **Inventory and Vendor Relations**:

- Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- **Compliance and Maintenance**:

- Ensure adherence to company standards, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Oversee maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working order.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in business management or operations, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Financial acumen with the ability to create and manage budgets.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a franchisee or in a similar owner-operator role.
- Background in marketing and sales.
- Knowledge of local laws and industry regulations.

**Work Environment**:

- Fast-paced and dynamic; requires flexibility and adaptability.
- May involve long hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on the business type.

Pay: $8,207.06-$14,376.04 per month
