Then you might want to **make the move** The Cariboo Regional District (CRD) and its Board of Directors is currently seeking a new Chief Administrative Officer.
Located in the traditional territories of the Northern Secwēpemc, Southern Dakelh and Tŝilhqot’in Nations, the Cariboo Regional District encompasses 80,000 square kilometers of some of the most diverse and spectacular natural environments in BC. With a population of 62,000 residents, the CRD consists of 12 Electoral Areas (A thru L) and four municipalities including the District of 100 Mile House, City of Quesnel, the District of Wells and the City of Williams Lake.
The CRD provides a diverse range of regional and local services including major indoor recreation facilities, fire departments, a library network, water and sewer utility systems and solid waste management to name a few. With approximately 110 employees and an annual budget of $55M, this position provides an excellent career opportunity for an energetic, thoughtful and strategic leader who has prior experience working in the dynamic and complex local government environment.
