Maintain an orderly dish area, ensuring all plate ware and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized without any lingering debris
- Follow a “clean as you go” mantra to ensure that the dish area is always clean and orderly
- Learn to shut down the Dish Machine and follow the closing procedures set out by the Management Team
- Work each shift with a safety mindset. Be proactive in regards to front of the house and back of the house safety (food safety, potential hazards for employees or guests)
- Live our core value during every shift.
