The Psychometrician provides professional support in the development and delivery of clinical services. The primary role of the psychometrician is to provide assessment support under the direct supervision of a Registered Psychologist to aide in the completion of a psychological assessment.

**Qualifications**

**Education and Professional Certification**
- Master’s degree in psychology, or educational psychology with adequate master’s level course work in testing measures.

**Experience**
- Experience administering psychometric tools with diverse populations.
- Experience with professional report writing

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Services**
- Research treatment and/or programming that are evidence-based and best practice.
- Administer, and score psychological tests and aide in gathering information for assessments.
- Manage a support caseload as assigned.
- May be required to provide workshops, seminars, and professional education to internal teams.

***Safety**
- Maintain, promote, and reinforce safe work habits, practices, and procedures.
- Adhere to written or verbal agency and government regulations, policies, practices, and instructions.

**Additional Requirements**

The incumbent is responsible for completing all mandatory training requirements for the position as per agency policy and guidelines.

Salary range for this position is $79,601 to $102,918 annually.
