The Conformance Auditor is responsible for leading and overseeing internal business activity audits of the LMS, EHS-MS and other Internal Standards. The Conformance Auditor assumes the role of the internal audits, in accordance with acceptable standards at CTC.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Plan and conduct audit assessment activities, including documentation reviews (desk audits)
- Perform auditing practices using auditing techniques of examining, questioning, evaluating and reporting to determine a quality system's adequacy and deficiencies
- Execute audits on policies, procedures, work instructions, templates/forms, job aids, training records, audit schedules and compliance records
- Coordinate and document opening and closing meetings, draft audit/review reports and present findings to senior management.
- Support development and implementation of corrective/preventative action plans to maintain compliance.
- Develop post audit assessments to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the audit to find ways to improve the quality of future audits.
- Support internal audits; assist with customer audits, mock audits as well as internal due dates for action items.
- Perform document reviews on Audit Reports and NCRs

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Successful completion of an accredited Lead Auditor course, (e.g. BSI)
- Auditing and the auditing techniques of examining, questioning, evaluating and reporting to determine a quality system's adequacy and deficiencies.
- Working knowledge of CTR Auditing Process.
- Working knowledge of Lean, OHS, ANSI and other standards
- Strong and effective presentation skills.
- Interviewing techniques/skills.
- Ability to deliver, meet deadlines and have results orientation
- Ability to work within a team environment and build relationships outside of the department
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and work effectively in a highly self directed manner
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others
- Proven customer focused approach to internal and external customers
- Experience and proficiency with MS Word, Power Point, Access and Excel
- Familiarity with CTC Distribution, policies, procedures
- DCCS and distribution systems knowledge is an asset
