As a Sales Associate at Europa, you'll play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our discerning clientele. Your passion for fashion, commitment to customer service, and knowledge of the latest trends will help our customers make the perfect choice to elevate their wardrobe.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Listen attentively to customers' needs, preferences, and style aspirations.
- Provide expert product knowledge and fashion advice to guide customers in their selections.
- Assist customers in trying on and selecting merchandise, ensuring an impeccable fit.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the store's inventory, including designer collections and accessory lines.
- Keep the store immaculate and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to offer customers the latest insights.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in high-end fashion or luxury retail.
- A passion for men's fashion and a keen eye for style.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, driven, and self-motivated.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility in working a retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$30.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
