Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Alarm Technician to join our team. As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting fire alarm systems for residential and commercial clients. Your expertise in low voltage systems, electrical wiring, and mechanical knowledge will be essential in ensuring the proper functioning of alarm systems.

**Duties**:

- Install alarm systems according to blueprints and client specifications
- Test and troubleshoot alarm systems to identify and resolve any issues
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections on existing alarm systems
- Provide technical support to clients regarding alarm system operation and functionality
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each job
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in alarm system technology

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Technician or similar role, with CFAA certification and valid number
- Strong knowledge of low voltage systems, electrical wiring, and schematics
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for installation and maintenance tasks
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues with alarm systems
- Good mechanical knowledge to handle equipment installation and repairs
