Our client is a well-established and growing Toronto ICI construction company. For over 35 years they have been providing exceptional service to their clients with emphasis on accountability, respect, and safety.

For them we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Site Superintendent for ground-up and interiors projects.

**Job description**
- Work on par with the Project Manager to ensure the project is on schedule and within budget
- Daily supervision of all site operations, including management and maintenance of all regulated site safety policies
- Monitor field operations ensuring work is being completed in accordance with the project schedule and specifications
- Ensure sub-trade performance and quality of work meet customer satisfaction
- Participate in site meetings and host required site safety meetings as needed
- Various other coordination, scheduling and management responsibilities as required during project execution

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- 8+ years of experience in a site supervision role, 5+ years preferably within the ICI sub-sector
- Background in trades (carpentry preferred) or Construction Management
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong ability to manage and influence sub-trades
- Strong Health & Safety acumen
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and field drawings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $95,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
